The new semester has begun, so many students who come from other regions should find a dormitory or a rental room. Many students who want a rental room should worry about a deposit and meals. If so, how about taking a boarding house?
  The biggest advantage of a boarding house is that you can easily have your meals. Many students are bothered by cooking, so they do not eat regularly, but boarding houses give food. Also, many students have a trouble with their deposit, but a boarding houses’ deposit is very low.
  However, most boarding houses also have a joint kitchen, so you can feel uncomfortable. Besides, if you live in a boarding house which has only one room, you have to share a toilet with other people. If you are a timid or introverted person, you should carefully weigh these factors.   If you consider all these points and decide to live in a boarding house, it is better for you to do your own legwork. If you want to find a rental room, you can look for it with trustworthy realtors, but boarding houses do not have that luxury.   If you decide to live in a boarding house, you should keep all of your payments on a record. Many boarding houses are operated by private houses, so most contracts might be verbal. If you do not record them, it may cause a problem. For example, if a house owner receives less money on the first month or last month and you do not check, the house owner might insist you didn’t give a payment which you paid before.
  Living in a boarding house requires your concessions and courtesy to the property of people who live with you, so you need to consider that personal space is small.
  Nevertheless, it is more convenient than a rental room because you can eat meals and some boarding houses offer laundry services. If you are a sociable person, you can have an advantage of meeting a variety of people. I hope you find a good boarding house with these tips.
