Have you ever found your building and wandered around to find your classroom? Whenever a new semester starts, students find the buildings by looking at a timetable which has the building numbers. However, they could be confused about finding the building because the numbers are not arranged. You might think that it is better to rearrange the building numbers and how the building numbers are assigned. CBT looks into these questions.
To conclude, there are no rules on building numbers. When considering the location and the connection of buildings used by a college, the Department of Facilities Management gets the number from the Department of Planning and Development. If the number has no problem, it is assigned. The numbers 40~43 and 57~59 are typical examples. However, there are some missing numbers like the number 02. If the old building is removed, the building number will be removed also because newly constructed buildings aren¡¯t reassigned former numbers.
What will the number assigned to the building of the College of Society, which will be completed in December, be? Guess the number!
