Time is really important in chemical reactions. Some chemical reactions, such as explosions, are naturally fast, while others, such as iron rusting in the presence of oxygen and water, are naturally slow. The reaction rate tells us how quickly reactants act on producuts and describes the concentration changes of reactants over time.
 
A few days ago, while I was taking a liberal arts class related to English listening, I felt so embarrassed. On the first day of the class, the professor asked the students a question: Why are you taking this class? The students hesitated to raise their hand.
 
I took a recruitment test and had an interview to join The Chungbuk Times on July 19th, 2016. As a result, I passed and my reporter¡¯s life began. When I was writing my first article, it was very different from writing assignments in college.
 
Yoon Yeo-pyo, the president of CBNU, has tried to accomplish many innovative projects for CBNU and has achieved lots of fame nationally: he was awarded as the most powerful CEO in 2017, he was elected as a chairman of the Korea Association of National and Public University Presidents, and he also was elected as vice president of the Korean Council for University Education.

A student who majors in computer engineering said, ¡°Since it is hard for me to study English during the semester, I usually make time for TOEIC studies when I am on vacation. I wish I had started to study English when I was in the lower grades in college. From taking English liberal arts to getting public English scores for a job, studying English is indispensable for university students.
 
The CBNU dormitories have changed the selection rule in 2017. From 2017, the dormitories are going to raise the ratio of freshmen residents to 60%. Besides undergraduates, 6% of residents are graduate students, 15% of residents are international students, and 8% are Korean trainees.
 
On January 2, 2017, CBNU students went abroad to do volunteer work. I heard some stories about three students who went to Vietnam to do volunteer work as a part of the program of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
 
From July 7th, 2013, according to the new article 4 of Korean civil law, every person becomes an adult at the age of 19. An adult indicates a person who can stand on his or her own feet and make his or her own decisions on the basis of the law. The new article was made to encourage adolescents to take part in social activities at an earlier age.
 
Last January 28th, the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act(Jeon-an Law), which states that certain goods are mandated to have the Korea Certification mark (KC mark), came into effect. The Korea Certification mark is a guarantee that the products are made of harmless materials and are safe enough to maintain resilience and durability.
