Vaccine of Decreasing AIDS Infection Was Developed
On September 24th, a press interview was held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. The United States and the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Thailand announced that the vaccine can decrease over 31% of AIDS infections.
 
FOMC Declares “Beginning of Recover Business”
Federal Open Market Committee(FOMC), the organization that conducted the monetary policy in the U.S, declared that business is recovering. However, it is not time to use an “Exit Strategy” yet. Therefore, FOMC decided to keep a zero-interest rate.
