I returned to school after my leave of absence of 1 semester. I applied to CBT to remove my inactive attitude and to be an active person. When I took the CBT exam, I was afraid. Now, 2 years have passed so quickly after I joined CBT.
During the 2 years that I experienced as a reporter, my personality changed. Many people joined CBT and dropped out. When I was a reporter trainee, I persuaded them not to quit CBT and vice versa. However, I don¡¯t regret about not quitting anymore. A firmer character was added to my indecisive personality.
I also obtained the appreciative eye of an outstanding judge of character. Sometimes, former reporters guessed how long new reporters could endure CBT. I could indirectly feel the feelings of a personnel manager in CBT.
The biggest change was my enterprising spirit. I achieved an active attitude in my life, which was my ultimate goal for applying to CBT. When someone sees me now, I am actively leading my life, and they can feel that my time in CBT was an investment and not a waste of time.
Plus, I learned time management skills. I made articles in fixed time tables during the semester, and I spent the rest of the time as free time. At first, I couldn¡¯t separate study time and work time in CBT. Therefore, I had trouble in organizing my time for a while. I couldn¡¯t study well, and my articles were not satisfactory. However, my time management skill in CBT improved over time.
I think I am a lucky person because having various experiences in a single group is quite rare. I learned how to deal with unexpected problems and how to cooperate with other people and then fix the problems in CBT, a tiny society in school.
Some people might hesitate to apply for something, like when I hesitated to apply for CBT 2 years ago. Also, some people might decide to leave a group because it is too tough. What I¡¯ve realized during my CBT life was my attitude determines if the result is good or not. Your attitude toward something dictates your result as well as your life.
