There are a total of twelve roadside guidance signs in CBNU, but students feel inconvenience because the information in these hasn¡¯t been updated.
These tell people the location for each university building and department in CBNU. However, new information about 5 places hasn¡¯t been updated, so these give wrong information.
It doesn¡¯t matter to students who are already acquainted with this area. However, if they look at these signs when they try to find an unfamiliar place, they confront a problem of going to the wrong place.
In regard to this problem, Kim Mi-na(¡¯11, History) said, ¡°Once I went to a department following a sign, but I was embarrassed because I arrived in another department.¡±
Park Ho, a staff member in the Departments of Facilities Management, said about this problem, ¡°It is not easy to update roadside guidance signs unless each department informs us about the changes and asks us to update the information.¡± He added, ¡°It doesn't need a big budget, but the administrative procedures are complicated because we entrust an outside business with this task.¡± He said, ¡°We will update the information as quickly as possible, and we are also trying to reduce the inconvenience of students through investigation.¡±
