There was an unpleasant incidence related to the dormitory's repair service. Students point out the dormitory's repair service overall is good and quickly performed. After installing the water saving equipment at Kaeyoungwon, however, the temperature was not consistent for a while. Though the valve was set to cool mode, the water was too hot. K, who is a freshman staying in Kaeyoungwon, made a polite inquiry about this problem on the web site of the dormitory. Unfortunately, the reply was just like this, 'Call the following number, 043-261-2926.' Kim directly visited the administration office. It turned out that it was K's mistake since staff sent a warning to the resident assistant (the steward of each floor). The staff also mentioned that K ought to be honored to be living in the dormitory next year since school gives a priority to freshmen. K complained about the staff's attitude. K thought they should have posted cautions, not just saying it one time. It was obvious that staff's words made her uncomfortable. Beginning this semester, the school was criticized by the policy which freshmen only could enter the dormitory. Now, there have been some complaints from freshmen about the dormitory's staff. |
