Daytime is getting shorter and the weather is getting cooler than before. Summer has passed and autumn has come. There are many mountain climbers out to see the fall foliage. In the November addition, therefore, CBT reporters are going to introduce Namsan which is the best place to go in the fall. Namsan is one of the most famous tourism areas in Korea. Unlike other mountains, you should climb the stairs to get to the top of Namsan Mountain where you can have a delicious meal and enjoy things.
 
Last September, controversy erupted over the exemption from military duties of BTS a world-famous Korean boy band. In response, in his opening statement, Noh Woong-rae, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea¡¯s supreme council, claimed exemption from military duties or BTS, on the basis that ¡°BTS set a new record in the billboard charts with a ripple effect of 1.7 trillion won, and their contribution to the value of the Korean wave and national prestige is immeasurable.¡± There is a great diversity of opinion in the ruling party and it has now grown into a social controversy.
 
Millions of people are suffering from coronaphobia. The COVID-19 pandemic is an ongoing pandemic and our daily lives have changed unimaginably. The prolonged COVID-19 infection is causing many financial difficulties. As internet penetration and smartphone use increase, uncontacted platforms are drawing attention. Due to coronaphobia and government restrictions, most people are spending more time staying at home compared to the past.
 
Since COVID-19, people have changed to a life of not meeting other people. All this is quite possibly accelerating the Untact period. The Untact period means that all daily activities are now non-face-to-face events to minimize direct contact between people. Accordingly, people¡¯s consumption trends have also changed radically from before. Especially, this has led people to have simpler and more convenient consumption habits than before.
 
COVID-19 has been greatly affecting our everyday lives thus the term ¡®post corona era¡¯ is now widely used. Since the time people spend at home has been drastically increased, so-called ¡®Stay at home plays¡¯ appeared. The trendiest activities are definitely cooking tricky dishes with challenging and complicated recipes. In this article, CBT would like to introduce some of these challenging recipes and COVID-19 Daily Stay-at-Home Contest.
 
Now that Corona 19 is in vogue, many companies, schools, and others work or take lectures remotely. People might think working remotely is a perfect situation, especially for introverts. They have their invisible room behind the computer, and their tops may be suits, but their bottoms may be pajamas. However, this situation may very well not be a total bargain for most people including introverts.
 
In the famous fairy tale The Little Prince, there is the story of ¡®The Elephant and the Hat¡¯. The story begins with a picture drawn by the writer. Adults look at the picture of the writer and say, ¡°That looks like a hat.¡± and they are convinced it¡¯s ¡®a hat¡¯, but the little prince says it¡¯s ̔a boa snake that swallowed an elephant¡¯. And in this way the author criticizes narrow-minded thinking with his famous line, ¡°The most important thing is invisible.¡± And the story was praised by many experts and readers.
 
According to statics of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, there were 202,947 patients with depression in their 20s from January to July, 2020. The number of depression patients in their 20s was 52,793 in 2012. That is clearly a huge increase in cases. Park Dong-yeon, who is the director of the mood disorder division in the National Center for Health and Mental Health, said ¡°These patients with depression have to pay attention to themselves and gain sympathy from others. That¡¯s the only way to get out of depression.¡±
 
Most people describe vegans as a group of people who don¡¯t eat meat. However, the word includes so much more than just diet. They are people who are striving to put veganism into action. Veganism is the theory of refusing any animal exploits which is embedded in modern society. The magazine was created on the basis of the theory to discuss how to make society a better place while seeing the world through the lens of veganism. CBT interviewed Illim (nickname), the illustrator of Visdeum to talk more about the first issue of the magazine and the life of a vegan.
 
A person¡¯s voice is like an instrument played. Perhaps the most powerful sound in the world. It¡¯s because only human beings are able to cause war through words or say they love someone. Words play such an important role. However, sometimes when people talk, they think that the other person is not focused on what they are saying. Why? How can you get the other person to want to hear what you are saying? Furthermore, how can you speak so powerfully that you can make a difference in the world?
