The Chungbuk University National Education Center(N2) is scheduled to be opened with students' curiosity.
 
What I felt while working as a university newspaper reporter at Chungbuk Times (CBT) for two years was that the topics of the articles were very limited. University students are adults, but they have to learn a lot. Also, students take higher education, but they are not experts. Many university students feel difficulties expressing their thoughts logically.
 
On November 22nd, the Grand National Party passed the ratification about the Korea- U.S. Free Trade Agreement (FTA) unilaterally. During the last several months, the political confrontation between the ruling party and the opposition party was deep. The major issue of the ratification was the investor-state dispute settlement (ISD) clause. The ISD is a regulation where if foreign investors suffer commercial losses from laws or policies of the countries which they invest into, then they can file a suit with an international arbitration organization against the countries according to international law.

Some college students work in their department office as Department Office Labor Scholarship Students and they don¡¯t receive a scholarship or hourly wage.
 
Mullae Art Village is a unique village in an urban area where the energy of ironworkers and the creative heartbeat of artists coexist. Although the two groups of people don't really seem to match with each other, they live together harmoniously. The laborers work during the day time, and the artists create works of art at night. A CBT reporter saw lots of people who went out to find hidden mural paintings and sculptures in every corner of every alley as if they played a treasure-hunt game. -Ed

Have you ever been concerned about human rights problems of North Korean defectors? Because university students are busy building their resume for getting jobs, they don't pay attention to human rights problems these days.
 
A total of 63 clubs have been established in CBNU. There are various kinds of clubs from volunteer work clubs to academy clubs. The clubs are located in the former student hall and 12 dong.
 
Broadcasters(MBC, KBS, YTN) have come out on strike because the broadcasters¡¯ presidents, who were appointed by the government, put pressure on many programs that criticise government policies.
